Reservation : Ph 50,000 (non refundable but forms part of the Total Contract Price
Spotcash : Payable over 3 months with a 5% discount on the Total Contract Price
Downpayment 1 : 30% spot cash with a 2.5% discount on the downpayment, with 60% payable over 12 months,at zero interest.with the final remaining 10% payable in cash on completion of the unit
Downpayment 2 : 50% spot cash with a 2.5% discount on the downpayment, with 40% payable over 12 months, at zero interest.with the final 10% payable in cash on completion of the unit
Downpayment 3 : 30% over 18 months at zero interest,with 60% payable over 8 months,at zero interest.with the final 10% payable in cash on completion of the unit
Downpayment 4 : 30% payable in 12 months at zero interest,with 70% payable over 1 to 5 years,at 12% interest per annum straight.
